It can be compared as a central processing unit in a computer. The control panel contains the necessary operating buttons and is considered as the brain of the burglar alarm security system. The control panel contains the on and off button which can be operated by simply pressing a switch or by pressing a combination of letters and numbers known as codes. It also contains power back ups in case there is a power failure.
